About Us

Noelle Fingerson, LPC, Clinical Supervisor

My training and experience as a licensed professional counselor has focused on trauma-informed treatment of anxiety, depression, bereavement, life transitions, relationship stress, and recent and remote traumas (e.g. for those who have survived childhood abuse and neglect, person-to-person crimes in adulthood, domestic violence, accidents, and homelessness). I also value integrating different aspects of health such as physical, mental/emotional, social, and spiritual. My approach with adults and teens is personalized and, based on treatment needs, may include aspects of Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation, and Motivational Interviewing.

In the course of my career I have also developed a passion for addressing compassion fatigue, burnout, and secondary trauma in helpers and have started developing Helpers’ Retreats to assist our community in recovering from the events of the last two years. Please contact me if you are interested in a retreat for your staff to address these issues.
